Cancellation Policy for Orders and Users

Order Cancellation by Users

  1. Cancellation Period: Users have a limited period within which they can cancel their orders. The cancellation period starts from the moment the order is placed and ends before the order is shipped or processed for delivery.

  2. Cancellation Procedure: Users can cancel their orders by accessing their account on Keerra and navigating to the order history section. From there, they can select the order they wish to cancel and follow the provided cancellation instructions. Alternatively, users can contact Keerra's customer support team for assistance with order cancellation.

  3. Refund Policy: Upon successful cancellation of an order within the specified cancellation period, users are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in the user's account.

Order Cancellation by Keerra

  1. Cancellation by Seller: In rare cases where the seller is unable to fulfill an order due to reasons such as out-of-stock items or logistical issues, Keerra reserves the right to cancel the order. Users will be notified of the cancellation, and any payments made for the canceled order will be refunded in full.

  2. Cancellation for Non-Compliance: Keerra reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend user accounts in cases of non-compliance with the terms of service, fraudulent activities, or violations of community guidelines. Users will be notified of the cancellation and provided with relevant information regarding the reason for cancellation.

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

  1. Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Orders for custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced. Users will be informed of any such exceptions at the time of placing the order.

  2. Digital Products or Services: Orders for digital products or services may not be eligible for cancellation once the download or access process has begun. Users will be informed of any such exceptions before completing the purchase.

Changes to Cancellation Policy

Keerra reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to the policy through the Keerra app or other communication channels.
